Going through an FHA loan process can be very, very taxing on a person but you hung in there and were instrumental in getting this done. My first home!.. need to get some things done but I love the location and soon I'll have all that I could want out of home ownership. I should be biased since Debra is my younger sister, but these thoughts are based only on my experience with her as my listing, and then, buyer's agent. This was truly business. She had me sign an exclusive right to sell agreement, and then a buyer's agency agreement, just like anyone else for whom she performs such services.
